RETURNS
Returns are limited. All physical products are only created once they have been ordered. Our trusted printer handles printing and shipping.
Due to the fact that ordered items are created to order, we cannot accept returns for general purpose reasons such as (but not limited to) wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. For this reason, please choose your item carefully before purchase.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect delivery. Please make sure that your shipping details are full and correct at time of purchase.
If the item(s) are damaged by the mail carrier, please contact the mail carrier for possible reimbursement from them. We cannot accept responsibility for items once they have been shipped.
ACCEPTED REASONS
We can only consider returns for material defects. If the item has a printing defect, we will consider a return only if sufficient images and/or video of the defect(s) are provided to us.
If defects in printing are found, they must be reported within 48hrs of delivery. We will not consider returns or refunds after 48hrs of delivery.
